DELIVERY POLICY

Pearl-Lang offers FREE shipping worldwide on all orders. All products are shipped from our UK warehouse. We aim to deliver your order as soon as it has been processed. All of our deliveries are insured and can be tracked after your order is dispatched.

UK and EU Shipment

All the prices shown on our products exclude UK VAT at 20%. We are required by law to charge VAT on all orders to the UK and other European Union countries. The sales tax will be added to your cart at checkout for these orders. 

International Shipment

Orders shipped outside the UK and European Union are NOT subject to VAT. Therefore, you will pay the prices displayed on our website. 

Track Your Order

You will be notified by email once your order has been processed and your payment has been cleared. Once we have dispatched your order, you will then receive a second email including your tracking number and the courier details.

Please note that packages shipped to countries outside the European Union may be subject to local taxes, customs charges and other administration fees. The shipping costs do not include any of these charges and you’re responsible for these payments as a result of imports.

It is your responsibility to ensure your dispatch address is correct when placing the order. If, in any case, you have provided the wrong address, please let us know as soon as possible, as we can only amend it before 5pm on the day of your order. Once your order has been processed, you will not be able to change your delivery address.
You will receive a tracking number with the courier details once the order is sent out. If, for any reason, your order is unable to be delivered, you will be responsible for the repeated delivery charge.

All our products are insured during shipping until they reach you. Once the delivery is complete and confirmed, we no longer have ownership of the products and our insurance will not cover their loss or damage.

Any delays will be notified to you by email or telephone. If an item is out of stock, or cannot be supplied for any reason, we will contact you within one business day of the order being placed. In cases where we cannot fulfil your order, we will refund your card and your order will be cancelled.
